- Non-Criminal Layer Certificate (only for OBC)
- EWS Certificate (for 10% reserved category)
- LC (School Leaving Certificate)
- Marksheet as per qualification
- Mobile Number (Provide permanent number)
- Email ID (Provide email which is used for login)
- if previously registered on Ojas website, then ID password will be required.
Note: The photograph should be dated, which date should not be more than 01 (one) year before the last date of application.
