Indian Railway ICF Recruitment 2024
The Indian Railways’ Integral Coach Factory has begun the online application process for the recruitment of 1010 apprentices across various engineering trades, on its official website at icf.indianrailways.gov.in.
Eligible candidates can register on the ICF Chennai’s recruitment portal at pb.icf.gov.in, using personal details such as name, email, phone number in order to apply for the various trade apprentices recruitment.

Vacancy details
ICF Chennai is offering 1,010 apprenticeship positions, divided into two categories: Trade Apprentice for Freshers and Ex ITI.
For Freshers, there are 330 vacancies. Candidates must have completed Class 10 High School with at least 50% marks and have studied Science/Math at the 10+2 level.
For the Ex ITI category, there are 680 vacancies. Candidates must have completed Class 10 High School with at least 50% marks and possess an ITI Certificate in the related trade.
Stipend details
The rate of stipend for apprenticeship training is as follows: Freshers who are school pass-outs from class 10th receive ₹6000 per month, while those from class 12th receive ₹7000 per month. Ex-ITI individuals holding a National or State certificate also receive ₹7000 per month. Notably, during the second year of apprenticeship training, there will be a 10 percent increase in the prescribed minimum stipend amount.
